OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be involved in order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, boutique maintenance, and supporting our team with occasional social media content. If you thrive in a focused, organized environment and enjoy taking on a variety of tasks, this role is perfect for you!
Role and Responsibilities:
• Fulfill and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management, ensuring products are properly organized.
• Maintain and organize the boutique, ensuring the space is tidy and welcoming for customers.
• Help with occasional social media content creation, such as taking photos or assisting in photoshoots.
• Monitor product appearance and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Contribute to the smooth flow of daily operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in operations, inventory management, customer service, or boutique care is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and photography is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be responsible and proactive in managing assigned duties.
